I’d look at the instance they’re from. It’s a bitcoin cash hype machine and all the accounts were made on the same day and hyping each other in threads for bitcoincash. It’s literally trivial for an admin to just make a bunch of fake accounts, approve them, and then post with them.
This post is an attempt to legitimize the instance and the bots spewing hype to pump the coin.
