I mean, in reality they are just spaces that, without people, have a strange vibe to them and you can simply leave if it becomes overwhelming. You can revel in the strange feeling as much or as little as you want.
If one were to literally be trapped in the SCP-like backrooms, I am not sure what hope or comfort could exist. You’re trapped in an endless maze of unrecognizable yet strangely familiar walls, devoid of other life as you know it.
I should clarify this is more about being in a bureaucratic liminal state rather than a video game place that shoukdnt be occupiable. Altho its kind of a useful metaphor in some ways
