    Honestly, this conclusion makes perfect sense. If you’ve got gender dysphoria, that would produce depression, anxiety, etc. In other words, psychological morbidity. 2 years after starting the process of gender reassignment, you’re still not where you want to be (it’s a long process), but now you have to deal with no longer presenting as a cis person, and so you’ve got added societal pressure increasing depression and anxiety. It’s sort of a “no shit” conclusion, but it’s one that would be easily touted by bigots as the reason why they think “trans people” shouldn’t exist.
