      Palantir makes heavy use of AI.

        That’s probably true. Maybe “horrible” wasn’t the right adjective, I was thinking more of things that AI is completely unsuitable for. I don’t know whether that’s true for the things Palantir does. I am absolutely certain it is for customer support!

          No, its not just for customer support. You can go read about it yourself. They also use it for surveillance networks and military weapons analytics.
