I want to know from anyone, what else they find pretty unforgivable.
For me, it’s when you dox me or someone else. I’m from the old ancient internet days as it was developing and doxxing is something you just don’t do. In some aspects, doxxing is useful for revealing extremely problematic users like online pedophiles. But a lot of times, doxxing is just an extreme dirty move to pull on anyone when nobody wants their online personas tied to their real lives. Especially in an age where privacy is white hot.
Someone actually did dox me on their Facebook and I already disliked them to begin with, but they went into the “I hate this fucking person” part with me when I discovered that they doxxed me. And no matter if there’s any chance at all to attempt to reconcile any difference, they’ve crossed that line, I don’t trust them and again, I hate the living shit out of them for it.
Almost related but I find it unforgivable to abuse animals. Especially animals that rely on you and trust you, like pets.
Every fossil fuel executive and lobbyist is irredeemably evil in my eyes. They are responsible for countless lives that have or will be unnaturally shortened and/or worsened because of their actions.
Lying is a pretty big one. I trust people easily, but if you break that trust you won’t get it back.
I’m not even talking about lying to me necessarily. I heard someone bragging about how they lied about stomach issues at a festival to get a tent spot near the toilets.

There’s sometimes justified murder. Not sure I can think of a justified scam.
It really depends. Is the murderer truely sorry for what was done, or just that they got caught? Same for the scammer. Except scammers can fuck up more peoples’ lives before getting caught.

I count trying to connect someone’s alts together as doxing, since it violates the right to anonymity. If someone’s made the choice to leave their name behind and establish a new identity, I say give them a chance. Let them be forgiven, don’t tie them to their past.
But I don’t think it’s unforgivable. If I did, I’d be a huge hypocrite. I think everything can be forgiven if there’s a commitment to do better.
(I do think exposing someone for sockpuppeting is acceptable, but that’s a special case)

Doxxing is also an unforgivable for me. Also in a lot of cases e.g twitter arguments or against public figures, it’s akin to attempted murder.

I think i met a pure evil once: This guy rapes and has groomed a 16 year old that he constantly drugs. The 16 year old is now fully with stockholm syndrom. And is blackmailing me to not go to the police with messages of him admiting to these acts.

Blackmailing is a crime, and it’s really wicked. Most people don’t follow through on their threats in general, but drug addicts aren’t particularly reliable or stable so I’ll not guarantee anything.
Can you consult with police first without making a report? They may not be able to do anything regardless if the victim doesn’t want to come forward, so a consultation can help you decide what to do. So if they aren’t able to do anything right now perhaps they can take the evidence and save it for if/when the victim wants to press charges themselves? That way they won’t know you did anything until they are okay with it themselves.
So the manipulator as faar as i know is around 30s. Also a nazi, nazi memerobilia, his last message with the blackmailing was something like him not beliefing in the non white zionist jew world lies. He’s got my adress because i gave it to his victim one when the victim seemed to have come to his senses and broke out of the abuser for a few days. I offered him refuge. Victim though went back to his abuser against my best advice. He also seems to have chats where it seems like i am sending nudes and asking for nudes of this minor (in reality the picture i send was a drawing done of me that didnt show my genitals nore my ass for i censored them).

I looked into reporting it anonymously but to no avail. To that also comes that messages as evidence arent that good nore can they be submitted as such without a judges ruling, from what i read.
Then there is also the matter that while yes i can tell on hand of writing styles which messages got send my the abuser and which were the victim (yes the abuser seemed to have taken over the victims phone and texted stuff like “please dont report this. We all made mistakes. I dont want you to report it anymore”). And ofc that the evidence of him admiting it are screenshots of messages the victim exchanged with his abuser. And if a village police station (i have the abusers adress from the victim) would actually do something about it or just wave it off, is also complete other matter. The abuser is also half across the country from me and so would be the police. Due to germanys states’ police all being indipendent of each other that is such a hassle for me i can expect that is why i would have wanted to do it anonymously.
Then ofc like you said this whole thing with the victim coming forward or how that goes. Ugh.

Like i said my evidence is only text messages which next to the legal hurdles, i doubt are good evidence. I think the most the police would do if i said “hey this person living there, i suspect of cr, drug trafficing and trading, drugging, handling drugs to a minor and also grooming the minor” is just have a knock at the abusers place or a mock investigation. :(

The worst part is, is that doxxing in of itself isn’t illegal, not in the US anyways. But I feel it is also a can of its own worms because, if someone does make doxxing illegal, that would give online pedophiles some power that we do not need them to have. There would be people taking chances on revealing someone’s identity online who are doing predatory acts.

Usually you have to go back a few years in a person’s post history to find how the behaved during covid. Not believing in bodily autonomy or informed medical consent when it really mattered is bad enough, but the unforgiveable thing to me is the lack of basic first-principles reasoning and also an inability to read scientific journals criticially. Like if you are going to bother reading them, especially if they are otherwise out of your wheelhouse, you can’t just uncritically accept all of their findings without critically assessing the method, and comparing the results to other more established research. Super basic shit. But the bar is so low and was even lower during covid that just reading an abstract was enough to make you an expert. And the actual ‘experts’ were so cautious about losing their jobs and professional reputation that any scepticism or red flags they raised in their research were worded very subtlely or even pushed down into a kind of sub-text. Don’t read a single article and then pretend you are an expert! for a complete noob you’d be better off understanding some of the important concepts, then developing a first-principles understanding of the problem space, and then to read specific pieces of research to improve the resolution of this picture.
But people don’t read these things to learn or improve their understanding. They do it for a million other boring, pathological or career reasons.
In my weaker moments i shrug my shoulders and figure that these people aren’t going to be great to have in the human gene pool anyway, but this dehumanising malthusian thinking is itself disgusting. I avoid depopulation advocates (knowing or unknowing) not because i value their lives (even though i do) but because i find their method of thinking repulsive.

Counterpoint to your military argument - sometimes kids have nowhere else to go. I grew up in a poor, broken household full of trauma. No one in my family knew how to apply for college, nevertheless was going to help pay for any single part of it, nor did they give me any foundation to have a life that wasn’t horrible.
So I joined the military straight out of high school. I did my contractual time and left, going straight to college with that sweet GI Bill and a bunch of life experience.
Sometimes these kids don’t really have a choice. It’s survival.
