Companies around the world are competing to see who can build the first commercially viable nuclear fusion reactor. German startups are also in the race, supported by major corporations and private investors.
There is AFAIK not a single experimental fusion reactor that comes even close to producing surplus energy (when calculation with the actual energy input), so why would some dodgy startup suddenly find a breakthrough? Smells like an investor scam tbh.
