Depends on your definition of “win the fight”. Do we fight to the death or until someone retreats? Does it count as a win if I die after the fight? If not, does any nonlethal level of injury constitute a loss? There’s room for interpretation here.

Not much. While it could certainly hurt you, the second you grab it, it’s over. These things weigh a few kilos at best. You just grab it by its feet and bang it against a rock.
