At Inspired Entertainment, our core technology is processing the secure financial transactions that power the global online betting industry.
The challenge is that every operator maintains entirely custom, proprietary APIs for their wallet transactions—requiring complex integrations just to handle standard operations like authenticating users, checking balances, and processing debits and credits.
We utilized Gemini CLI to ingest operator wallet APIs and automate the creation of the Java Spring Boot integration modules. Now, a process that took weeks of manual coding is orchestrated by a single developer in days.
Oh, it would be incredibly fun to see it all flop and lose a few millions due to some also AI-powered hack :D
And given how shitty those gambling APIs are in the first place (I had a misfortune to touch a few of them) and the amazing ability of AI of turning shitty APIs into even shittier code to work with them… I’d say it’s quite probable.
