An Amarillo father is speaking anonymously after learning former APD Officer Christian Eder systematically tracked his vehicle 76 times through the city's FLOCK surveillance cameras and ran his background twice through TLOxp under false pretenses.

flock had no intention of doing that other than providing surveillance tech which feeds to palantir AI.
