Sorry you’re right, it’s not cranes and they aren’t holding it up just keeping it steady. But my tower didn’t need that, I built it strong enough it could atand of it’s own accord.

Weird distinction. I could pile concrete blocks 5 miles up. They are strong enough, just not stable enough. So, this would be the tallest supported lego structure.
I wonder if there’s a separate record that doesn’t allow the cables, where teams need to use these kinds of things to prevent it falling. Would probably have to be done indoors, away from wind.

If you stacked them into a five mile high pyramid they’d be strong enough and stable enough too.
