Voter turnout was abysmal. 64.3%. Less than 2/3 of the country bothered to even vote.
Don’t tell me that people voted when a third of those with the right to vote didn’t bother to go and fill a fucking ballot.

The very article you quoted accounts for ~10 million votes.
The remaining 34% who didn’t vote is approximately 80 million people.
So we’re still at a point where 70 million where content with whatever happened. 70 million didn’t even bother to stand up and cast their votes.
(oh, and that’s not accounting for the shift the voter suppression would cause in the count of “eligible for voting” people).
