In the 2010s my family had a HP Compaq SFF with Windows 7.

Doesn’t drive me crazy, but in Polish some people don’t know when to use “u” or “ó”, “sz” or “rz”, etc. Ex. “usemka” and “pszejście” instead of “ósemka” and “przejście”.

Didn’t get any of these popups yet, instead uBlock doesn’t block ads sometimes. I have to refresh the video a couple of times before it stops showing them. It gets really annoying.
