I still say “Rufio! Rufio!” almost every time I see a picture or mention of Dante Brasco, which is more frequently than you might think since ATLA is one of my comfort/background shows.

One of them is following me, but with a bunch of extra spaces after the exclamation point.
I don’t usually check my followers, but I happened to be in there a couple days ago. The only person following me then was my wife, so this bot/spam is relatively new.
I hope it’s obvious from your story, but just in case. Everyone, please don’t ever pour gasoline on a fire. It isn’t worth it.
My wife and I had a similar conversation the other day. The kids were being a handful, and she said, “Why do people even have kids?”
And I said it’s because society lies to you. “You’ll never feel emotionally/mentally/financially ready for kids. Just do it!”
I always tell people that you need to be 110% sure. I wouldn’t trade my kids for anything, but I sure do miss the quiet, free time, and extra money.
If I only read on my phone, I’d use Librera. But for syncing between my Onyx Boox device and my phone, KOReader is hard to beat.
Your second point is a big one for me. If I hit the gym in the morning, I’m more likely to make better food choices throughout the day. Conversely, if I skip a planned gym day, i’m more likely to binge on anything I can get my hands on…
The PWA support on android isn’t great either. At least compared to chrome or even Samsung Internet.
I think, at last count, I had something like 50-60 docker containers running. I’m starting to hit the limit of what my 10-year-old hardware is capable of, so i’ve started saving for an upgrade. Lol.
My laptops and RPis aren’t named anything interesting. My server is named Lyla though. I let my youngest kid pick the name.
Thanks for suggesting mosh! I use termux a lot for ssh, and mosh looks like it will fix some of my biggest issues with it. Mainly losing connection when switching networks.
I honestly don’t remember! Lol.
I went searching, but all I could find is his review of the sieve, which I’ve never watched. But, I know 100% that it was him and this sieve just in a different video…
One step at a time
What are some of your favorites?
The example I like to give for coffee is that I watched James Hoffman sift coffee grounds to eventually brew a cup with all the same size grounds. With no intention of ever doing that myself.
I just had to know if it was better!
Same situation here. Never got diagnosed as a kid because I did well in school. Then going through the process for my own kid, it all clicked.
Messing around with my server is so much fun! I’m always on the lookout for something new to self-host.
Ever been screened for ADHD by any chance? I do this same thing. I call myself a serial hobbyist because I just bounce from one thing to the next. I’m always glad when I lose interest before I spend any money.
I’m not even close to an expert, but from what I have heard, matrix collects quite a bit of metadata depending on the server you are using/federating with.
I never really saw the need for Termux, but now that I selfhost at home and on a VPS, i couldn’t go without it!
Also, I just recently started switching as much as I can to a self-hosted ntfy instance from pushover. I’m really loving it so far!
I sponsored it on github because I see myself using it a lot. Plus, the dev deserves it. The documentation alone is great, let alone the software itself.
You can already selfhost.
