  • I don’t understand why businesses don’t predict this downward spiral. I recall a city with crap bus infrastructure saying ridership was down so they had to increase fares. So then a while later, oh ridership is lower again, let’s increase fares. Duh, its down because the routes suck and you’ve increased the barrier to choosing to use it. SMH

  • He did though. He was successful at reselling furniture and started a coffee business too.

By day 5 he had made enough to buy himself a computer. After 2weeks, he was able to secure his own office space and after just over one month, Black finally had his own place to rent.

    That’s pretty amazing.

The articles say he quit for his dads stage 4 cancer also. Meaning wanting to be there during his dads ordeal. Not every country is like the US where you pay to healthcare either.

I do recognize being born into money gives you a huge advantage. You get the best schooling, best mental health therapy, access to opportunity.

I’m just saying he didn’t fail because you can’t start from scratch, he stopped because he was able to make that choice

  • Sensible person…hmmm a big truck I don’t need will cost me a lot in fuel, I will by an average car.

Sensitive person…hmm this giant truck will pollute my community and add to global climate issues, I will buy a very fuel efficient car/EV.

Doucebag…this truck will make me look so bad ass with the trucknuts in back, while I roll coal

  • I heard a podcast of a North Korean lady that left by escaping. She said they would often go down to a border river and talk to the people from the border country on the other side even though it was highly discouraged. However her father crossed the river to help a child on the otherwise, and when authorities found out they executed him as a deterrent to others crossing the river. So it sounds like leaving is not an easy option.

Other info I reqd is you have to apopy to leave, and have a specific reason why it would be necessary.
