  • You have to bite the bullet and hire a plumber. I have the exact same issue and until I can afford the $8k upgrade to the sewer line I just pay $300 whenever it gets clogged. Pouring LineX down my drain each year has stopped the clogs for now but my issue is a tree root one. $10k a year in repairs is my average right now and most of it is going to remove overgrown trees.








  • I never thought WeWork would succeed. Reasons:

    • the library was free to work at
    • they leased the property and then subleased it after rebuilding the inside
    • they offered free drinks, snacks, some places had gyms and showers too.
    • expanded very quickly and in LA had locations within a block of another.

    They are still around. It’s still around the same price to rent a desk for the day. But Regus, the actual property owner has their own desk rental service too.
