I was going to mention in another part of this thread about doom 2016 on the switch. The switch has no right to be able to play it, yet it’s fantastically playable.

The fact that M$ forced uefi on everyone then couldn’t implement it properly on their own and does this fuckery instead, should make it very clear the quality of the rest of their work.

I understand the dev, but it still seems like they created this problem. Seems like they could have just left the license as it was and say “only these OS’s are supported at this time, feel free to port or fork but I’m not responsible for anything beyond this”

I remember my morning routine around 2007-2008 in college before Linux was usable enough for me was turn on laptop, make coffee and have breakfast. Once the clickety clack stopped, check email or something. If it was still clacking away, get ready to head to university and it would have to wait. While I had XP on that thing it did not leave the house unless I was planning to hit the library to write a paper or something that would take more than an hour. It was not worth it to go through the startup procedure between classes. I needed the charger wherever I took it because 20% was lost to either starting up or traveling while on.

Metal ones will degrade much faster than plastic if you’re putting bleach in the tank. It’s best to just clean the bowl as the tank shouldn’t really need sanitizing.
