When the cryogenic sleep pods open at the beginning it reminds me of those dioramas people do of Baby J, the three wise men etc. The alien is like one of the animals, although a little more aggressive.
Pretending that they’d have a good life here: koalas and elephants.

It’s something I used to do after meditation rather than in general. Those were worth rereading as they were generally healthier and more evocative of a healthier state.
I don’t journal other stuff since they never really had that quality.

lately I just open them on my phone and have the screen reader read it to me. I don’t have to turn pages and it works with the screen locked too.

Every time there was an experiential experiment in the book, I put it down and tried it for myself. I possibly changed more over the course of reading that book than at any other period in my life.
Does that third also take into account any differences in manufacturing them? In other words, the entire lifecycle.
