I like behind the bastards, you get to learn the history of both living and dead ass holes in some good detail.
If I want a laugh at pop culture, the weekly planet is my go to, it’s funny chat about comic books, movies and comic book movies. Plus the back catalogue is huge so chances are they’ve had an episode about something you’ve liked. I just really like laughing at things I’ve enjoyed.
Also check out debunking a murderer. Remember making a murderer on Netflix? Turns out that doc was bullshit, dude totally did those murders. Hear the prosecutors side and all the evidence the Netflix show left out.
Finally, slow burn. A long format episodic deep dive into recent history. Each season covers some important events, like Nixon, tupac and biggie, Bill Clinton, etc. I learned a lot from it.
I love when owners give a sassy response, or when a one star review tells a story about the owner that makes me laugh.
My favorite local pizza shop is several generations family run, everything from scratch, and everything is done a certain way. I know everyone who works there and has ever worked there, and when me and the boys read this review, even though we all moved away, we knew it was true because it’s completly on brand.
Best Pizza going, but their menu is on bristle board and they don’t do complicated orders.
I second this, they need a webring, it’s what I went looking for.
I think you’re mistaking VanZants’ self-awareness of his southern pride and conflicting knowledge of the south’s troubled history with an intentional caricaturization .
The song was certainly written in response to Young , as Van Zant thought Neil had been too broad. However, he obviously was aware that Neil had a point, so walking the line between pointing out Neil’s generalization (as Van Zant saw it) while expressing pride was difficult and I think, ultimately too difficult a challenge.
Sweet Home Alabama really grinds my gears. Neil Young sings about systemic racism in the south and Skynard retorts ‘yea some people here are racist ♪ but not all of us are ♪ frig off Neil Young♪ whoa now look at the sky’. Horse shit lyrics, sick composition.
No , my prompt focused on getting the AI to somehow represent the album as a live album.
What I like most about this image is the woman in the portrait on the wall. What is she doing?
Amazing work, and I can’t believe you’ve posted this because I’ve been trying this week to make a version of modern original sin where someone is pressing shuffle on a live album. I found the AI just couldn’t get it right.
What a miserable day to have eyes.
Hahaha yup.
Me: Yes I went to the store yesterday, yes I paid by credit card, No I don’t have a receipt.
Google: great, here’s 47 cents.
You can read about their pricing structure (both sub and one time purchase) and decisions regarding that here : https://help.niagaralauncher.app/article/104-price-of-niagara-pro
I locked in the lifetime price years ago, I have been with them through the beta. I know the lifetime price is higher now but I think they still offer it. I think it’s worth the price, subscription or lifetime.
I bought the lifetime pro for $12.99 CAD way back in Jan 2020. Worth every penny. I’d pay double to be honest, now that I’ve had a chance to use it for years and years. The dev really works at it too.
I use the Niagara Launcher, it serves favorite apps up in a vertical list, and other apps in an alphabetical list. It’s very quick and easy to navigate and quite customizable with some widget support. It works with music apps, has a dark mode, makes changing icon packs easy. You can swipe up to search, or add a search button. I just love how minimal, clean and functional it is.
Here is my home screen. Note there is no left or right screen to swipe to .
Here is the app list, under N.

Very interesting results, especially with the rise of AI Bot driven interviews who could filter people out over it.
