Panna cotta is so easy to do

Necessary Ingredients

• Cream 50 cl
• [ ] Powdered sugar 75 gr
• [ ] Baileys 45 ml
• [ ] 2 sheets Gelatine

Instructions

1. Soak the two gelatine sheets in cold water for at least 10 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the liquid cream with the sugar and stir until the sugar has completely melted (without boiling the cream).
3. Turn off the heat
4. Add the Baileys liqueur and stir.
5. Add the gelatine, squeezing out as much water as possible, and stir until smooth.
6. Pour into container

Bonus information

Never put gelatine in a saucepan on the heat. For more flavour you can put a little Baileys on top

Not a Xmas gift but a Valentine gift. My girlfriend offered me the Board game remake of Dune 2019 because I would talk a lot about how to mechanics looked wonderful, but never came to buy of the price. I went crazy when I received it and even though it was a complexe game I new all the rules already when I received it. I play it like 3 times max a year but I make it a big thing, there is a small prize for the winner of the first game (Last Time it was a set of Spices from the Groceries) and I still know all the rules and could start a game instantly now

For me I’m on the website, and I need to click on “Next Page” which takes a bit of time to load, as well as Basically making everything before disepear and it can be hard to find it again
