Never seen anything like this in Turkey. We have a simple red on white “E” (first letter of Eczane=Pharmacy) with maybe very timid color change animations, time and/or temperature switches.
As others have pointed out, these look like quite the distracting and cyberpunk dystopian ad signs, most unexpected for a core health institution.

Thank you for the insight! I rather work with logos, icons or other flat and vector drawings usually, a lot of the time upscaling or working up from zero so Krita looked rather irrelevant with how the those types of tools were not readily apparent. I’ll check Inkscpae for this.
Would it be understandable to compare Gimp and Krita to Photoshop and Illustrator? If so, which is closer to which?
Ah, nice. Sand idiom does not ring a bell, but the “asleep” is quite common probably. In Turkish, the word for numb (uyuşmak) is actually derived from the word for sleeping (uyumak), so just wanted to share that, too.
Which country/language? In Turkish, the idea is similar but the wording a bit different, “karıncalanma” (being ant-y) is commonly used. Same thing is also used for when a body part goes numb due to having it in weird position for some time, like sleeping with your arm under your body or sitting on the toilet too much and having your legs be numb.
There is also “parazit yapma” (making/doing parasites) used for the television thing.

Quit using Reddit after the (initial) blackout over 3rd party apps didn’t cause any change from Spez and he instead doubled down on it. Lived without any media for about a month or two until the 3rd party apps were shut down and they began switching over to Lemmy. Lurked for about 3 months using Sync (yeah I know, but a familiar and good interface while other stuff was changing) while deciding on where to sign up an account. I was eyeing a Kbin account as its web view resonated more with me, but seeing the problems it had, finally settled on Lemmy.world. Never had a better place to comment politically leftist to my heart’s content and be free of moronic come-uppance style replies made for the sake of sounding witty/snarky on such topics.
Still considering Kbin and/or Lemmy.dbzer0 accounts for the sake of contributing to user diversity, tho.

A bean (food ones) streak of memes for a about a week or two back a few months ago. Jeans memes was just recently, maybe till a week or two weeks ago that had jean texture/material on everything, with real life or AI generated images, with an appropriate letter being switched with letter J, like “Jorts” instead of shorts.
In hindsight, and I may have missed it, having denim textured beans with the title being “Jeans” would be hilarious.
Edit: Also, what tool did you use and what were your (if any) plugins? Also any considerations on the prompt text, negative text?
The catch is in the title. Google will not back a law that will otherwise completely block them, instead of just making things different for them.

Yeah, it goes to show a little worn tunic with a pretty much modern, brightly colored and microfiber machine woven, elastic hand, arm and head accessories. Also, mixes high society attire with regular folk attire.
Overall a nice picture to look at, but nowhere near accurate.
