Instead of fighting over which utopia might work or not, since in the end a utopia can by definition never be reached. Marxist communism also just stops short of advocating for the utopian vision communism, but it surely is the aim.

Communism is another utopian vision. But we should still strive to reach them, even if only half of the ideas of utopian visions are implement, it will better the current reality. Solarpunk as a movement as a vision for example promotes sustainable renewable energy tech which is inarguably something the world needs more of.

Why the hate on solarpunk? Its just a utopian vision that is generally positive and socialist. Even if the anarchism part of it won’t work, still better than the dystopian nightmare we live in now.

If feminism is defined as equal rights for all things that are not gender relevant I agree. But there are a lot of really good exception, where it makes sense that we acknowledge differences. Like pregnancy, physical differences and so on. In short everything that can be equal should be.

If there is a god or something like a god, it has to be the sun. The sun makes all life possible and has near infinite energy, I can not think of anything more deserving to be god. Will it save us or help us as individuals, i don’t think so, its a god we are insignificant in comparison and will burn when staying in its presence for two long. Also its real.

Another idea I had was from Einsteins quote: “to believe in god you have everything to gain and nothing to lose.” So by that logic you better believe in all gods for maximum gain. There are a bunch more suns aswell ;)

People only really change when it hurts so much they are forced to. It needs to get much worse to reach that breakpoint and critical mass. (Some reach it sooner than others ) But when it does, we need to be ready with the most logical and attractive solution to avoid them choosing fascism or other extremes. Left ideology needs better marketing, why not sell that utopian vision we hope to achieve.

SPD singnals left but turned right, FDP are also rightwing. The only option are greens who only partially forfilled their promise and the left which has a realy low chance of getting relevant results.
