I’m the same when it comes to dark jokes like that. There are certain things I will never joke about and I don’t want to hear jokes about. I grew up hearing my grandma saying that a lot and now, I’ve already lost one of my relatives to that. So, I just don’t want hear about it at all.

Make some progress on my nth playthrough of Fallout 4. Draw an idea I have for my character persona. Clean the area outside. Make some BBQ wings. Finish some edits on my book at the library. Record my lines for my audiobook.

All I can think about is work.

I only ever eatch cartoons, everything sucks so cartoons make everything better. So much so that I even want my own cartoon. I’ve been developing a pitch document that I’d like to pitch to a company that I’ve been talking to.

I’ve been wanting to rewatch Star vs. The Forces of Evil. I love that show. What do you think of it so far?

I’m making a graphic audiobook for my novel. I’m close to finishing recording all lines with the voice actors and I’m now assembling all of the 20 chapters together. I’ve been working on this since October so I guess you could say it’s a major project.

I love that I get to be creative and do artistic things for a living. But, I hate that I have to do art for stuff I don’t care about.

My mom, whom I haven’t seen in almost a month, is staying with me for a few days. So, a majority of my day was driving her around and taking her shopping. But, we had a nice lunch, watched The Dark Knight, and she cooked me one of my favourite meals. It was nice to get away from work for a bit and see the sun for once so I had a good day.

I imagine I’m talking to someone else so I use ‘you’ mainly

I have full on conversations with myself. To the point where I simulate talking with two people. I don’t have any multiple personalities or any mental illness (as far as I know), I just use it as a way to think about what I need to think about.

There’s a soecific air freshener that my parents use at their house. They only use it during winter mainly so everytime I smell that, paired with the warm lighting of their lamps, and the quietness of the snow outside. It always gives me a sense of calm that I can’t explain.

I do love a challange

I had time to work on another song! Originally, I started this song to use it in a bigger project that I’m working on but it slowly evolved into its own thing. So, technically it’s not finished but it’s finished enough

Video games. I’m tired all the time from work and that’s all the energy and money I have for.

I’ve always enjoyed the process. But it wasn’t really natural in my case. The only reason why I got to the point I am at today is because of envy in a way. Everytime I would see a beautiful painting or picture someone made, I would want to elicit that same feeling through my own art. So, that’s what I would try to do. And, when a picture turns out well, I’m happy.

So, in a way, I forced myself to enjoy the process.

I have a working prototype of a beat-em-up RPG. Right now, it’s a survival game where you fight endless amounts of enemies in an underground fight club and see how many rounds you can last. You can use bombs, throw objects, and throw other enemies into enemies. I’ll be expanding on that. The next would sort of be the same but with cybernetic zombies. So, basically beat-em-ups and survival games.
