  • Don’t buy bundled services if you intend to use one thing. For example, why do you want Internet, Phone and a TV bundle plan when you only use Internet? When you already pay for your phone on a separate plan, your TV could have a streaming stick and your internet is speedy enough to compensate. That and you may have a media collection anyway to watch offline.

No. People are strapped in finances as is. My money right now is needed for expenses, I don’t have that much disposable income to be tossing it around to people. There’s thousands of homeless people out there. They need more help than just a couple dollars.

I feel that I’m doing my part anyways by helping the needing, by donating to thrift stores, donating around my apartment and donating free things that I can. If there’s anything someone can flip for money, feel free to, it’ll probably be a lot more than what little I have to let go of from my finances.

  • Last year, I thought I was helping someone build their life back up. They couldn’t drive and they needed a job. This person was one of my exes.

So I bought her a $400 bicycle to help her get around, plus accessories like a bike cover, lights and something else.

Shortly after, she accused me of cheating on one of my long-tenured friends of 20 years. Because I was going out on thrift runs with her and there was even a point where we all talked in my vehicle using the hands-free communication feature to show we were friends. My friend also was already in a 14 year long relationship with a boyfriend already.

Ex breaks up, gets away with how much I spent despite submitting numerous return tickets to refund the money. Never got the full amount and I only ended up getting $31 back as a compensation because of her reluctance. Bitch should’ve been pressured to return the items.

  • Do you even know what a ‘devil’s advocate’ is? No, so you just jump to a baseless assumption instead which clues me in, into how intellectually inefficient you are. A devil’s advocate is “a person who expresses a contentious opinion in order to provoke debate or test the strength of the opposing arguments.”

You continue to entangle and twist the context of my comments to squeeze into your narrative. And you want to talk about undermining? You are truly insufferable. Maybe you ought to take a look into the mirror and understand that your attitude partly contributes to some of the more legitimate problems people have against trans people such as you. And why your kind is being used as a platform to base trans people off as which is trigger-happy, oversensitive, broken people.

Congratulations for proving me right. And this is coming from a non-binary bisexual individual by the way.

  • The reason they’re being hated is entirely for religious reasons. Just like any other individual from the LGBTQ umbrella are scorned similarly.

But I have to play devil’s advocate now that I’m thinking of it, but one thing I don’t like about trans people, isn’t just who they are. It’s the spotlight is primarily on them, by a community that had once stressed about caring about all individuals of all backgrounds. Yet, Trans people got all the attention almost and what that has caused is levels of infighting and people giving cold shoulders. They’re from people who’re gay or bisexual (which these days, bisexual people feel shunned the most).

That’s not what should happen but unfortunately, it is and I don’t like that people just suddenly decide who gets more priority over others. That’s not equality.

  • George W Bush Jr.

Yes I am handing him the worst president title, even over Trump.

Because, it was his mishandled War on Terror, that plunged the country into massive national debt. He crashed the housing market. He literally had waged a war on obese people, minorities and other things as distractions from his failure to capture Osama. He allowed American Surveillance with Patriot Act I and II. His cabinet were all crooks and he was just a dumb puppet.

He is essentially the ripple effect of everything we’re dealing with today and Trump is merely the symptom of that.

  • I’m not going to try prying people I know from their comfort zone. If they want to be on Facebook, fine, be on Facebook. If they want to stay on Shitter, stay on Shitter. If they want to be on Reddit .etc .etc

The reason I left reddit, multiple times, was because of the inexcusable amount of toxicity. It got so bad, that I couldn’t complain about my work anymore on a subreddit meant for people who complain about their work. Nothing is done about trolls, they’ll happily stalk you, you block one bastard, another makes an alt in seconds to resume.

And spez continues sitting there with his stupid braindead grin on his face, doing fuck all to just do ONE simple thing to prevent it - retool the registration. See, Lemmy trolls can’t get away with treating the registration as if it was a machine gun for alts, least not as readily as Reddit’s. You have to wait to be approved, you have to make expendable e-mails and there’s a bit of time at play here.
