I’m just here to point out the technical inconsistency of the light on the moon in front of the planet in the wallpaper. They’re lined up and being lit by the same star/sun so they should be illuminated the same angle.

Don’t worry though, my phone wallpaper has a similar issue, these graphic artists just don’t give a damn.

I go raw, I trust my instance to defederate from the worst of it, but otherwise I don’t block people, communities or anything. I also browse by all and while I subscribe to communities it’s more for the future or something, because for now there’s just not enough content to curate my feed really.

It’s all good though because I switched to other sources for my specialist content (mainly YouTube) and Lemmy is just there for my obsessive scrolling.

This used to work for me but these days the only way it works is if I pace myself with a big glass of water in between each alcoholic drink. The “chug a liter before bed” only somewhat helps now, but barely.

Perso je fais 3/4 (pas encore trouvé comment éviter le stress…), a environ 75%/90% d’effort et ça marche vraiment au top. Je sens mieux maintenant que quand j’étais jeune… Le tout c’est de trouver un rythme que tu peux soutenir sur le long terme, et de quand même s’accorder de vivre un peu.
