Just use the block button. Eventually they’ll get bored.
11·1 year agoIt’s pretty rare to have high performance requirements in an embedded application. Many people load one project onto their pi and for most cases it’s overkill. If you need modern codecs, then buy a streaming box. If you want a nas, then buy a nas. You also need to factor in the additional ~$20-$30 of stuff that you need just to boot up a pi.
I unloaded my pi 4 on eBay those past summer because the prices were so high and got the thin client for cheaper. No regrets.
It comes with built in storage and a power supply, plus a passive cooling system, a case obviously, and removable RAM up to 16gb. It has dual display port, idk about resolution, I run it headless anyway. There is also a bigger version with a pice slot.
Ok, I can buy a quad core thin client for $30. The prices for these are too high for what they are.
There’s not going to be a huge difference between something like a Toyota and a Mercedes other than cost and reliability. You’re paying for the brand.
Cars. Expensive cars require more frequent and complicated maintenance and repairs than cheaper cars. They over engineer them on purpose in order to make it unreasonable to maintain them in the long run. They don’t want their brand sullied by old versions of their cars driven around by poor people.
It says the average rent for a 2 bedroom rental is $1,486. If you’re working $15/hr then you absolutely should be avoiding unnecessary expenses if you want to afford to live. Many people lack impulse control and financial literacy. If they had savings, then they could afford to ride out emergencies and move for a better job, things you can’t do when you have $15 to your name. It honestly hurts to watch some people actively hurting themselves by their own bad decisions.
I mean, you would save a lot more money if you did 2 seconds of research by comparing prices before you buy things and also avoiding unnecessary expenditures like convenience foods like Taco Bell, junk food, and carbonated beverages.
It’s amazing to me how many people let themselves get nickel and dimed to death because, “it’s only $20.”
You already need a scan tool for many models in order to retract the electric handbrake.
You could download a video to watch later when you won’t have access to an Internet connection for whatever reason

They become middle management.
I’m talking about a typical unskilled office job. The kind that will easily be replaced by ai in the next decade.
