12 years is hardly past the lifespan of a computer. That is only past the lifespan of the computer if you want to run the latest stuff, particularly games. I even have spinning disk drives from a brand that hasn’t existed since 2006 that work without errors. I just keep coming up with ideas to use my old ‘ewaste’ on for the fun of it, because that old hardware still works great even if slow by modern standards.

I wouldn’t even consider graduating in school as a sign of intelligence. It sure helps to be intelligent, but it’s not necessary.

I’ve worked a lot with cockroaches as an extension of working with animals to which cockroaches are a great source of nutrition and food… Actually dealing with the cockroaches required facial masks, because you do not want to breathe in the crap that ends up in their enclosure when cleaning. As said in your post, allergies and respiratory issues can happen.

Yea. I am inclined to read it as him just seeing people who can afford Nvidia products count towards being human.

I just took that statement to be a mask off moment where he reveals just how little he thinks of most humans. He can’t really be stupid enough to think there are only one billion humans on the planet?

I would argue the parents are in many cases more addicted than their kids. I find the most egregious users of social media in my life is not my friends kids, it’s not my nephews or nieces. It’s their parents and in my nephews and nieces cases I can tell it is also the grandparents.

I have been nearly forgotten by some in my family because I don’t have a facebook account even.
