Dont know if they have this in Germany but i think they are all over europe. I have one as a backup XIPO connect 64euros for 10gb for a year of use after that you can refill or not or sooner. I use this as a backup when internet goes down at home.

Just checked my old empty (now) account i didnt get such an email and im european. Maybe they do a send all in steps or something and see who bites. Anyway if ppl want to file a compllaint here is a link with countries and departments to file a gdpr complaint:

I love these things. Especially when u get them at the market, there BIG and freshly made and warm hmmmmmmm. But if you prefer some horribly dry biscuit which sucks the moisture out of your body just by opening the pack (tin), them thats your thing. :)
