Gonna cost boring dickheads and pornbots even more to be skipped over by everyone in a comment section of a tweet. Good, let them be parted with their money.

Right back at ya king. It was one sentence, all you had to do was read it to the end.
Remind me of the words immediately after “they’ll be filming”?
AieBnB owners can set a guest limit, and I’d have to imagine saying a max of (to pick a random number) ten guests isn’t an unreasonable burden, so in that hypothetical… but I’m guessing that particular AirBnB owner didn’t put a guest limit in place, so all they can really do is pursue extra cleanup charges if applicable.
It was a villain speech, but sometimes the bad guys have a point. Remember the villain from the first James Cameron Avatar movie? He had this speech, which, gotta be real, he’s not wrong.

Kaiji expressed the sentiment as well though imo a smidge better
It has dungeons: The four divine beasts.
IMO It put a lot of the “Use a particular tool for this” puzzles into the shrines to scratch the puzzle solvers itch, (along with some of the Korok seeds.) but even those still gave leeway to not having to use those tools at all.
Considering in prior Zelda games you didn’t have to worry about your sword being unusable or your shield breaking (inb4 “what about…”, there’s like three circumstances in a dozen plus games, cmon.), I can understand why folks weren’t so keen on it in the new ones. Yeah you could run out of magic, arrows, or bombs, but that boomerang wasn’t going anywhere.
I give giftcards to the bookstore to my niece and nephew because if I gave them straight cash they’d blow it on trinkets and junk they’d forget about in minutes.

Of course nowadays its nearly impossible to tell whos spouting racial slurs to get folks mad and whos doing it because they’re just an asshole.
Even Pong won’t be public domain until 2067. Our copyright laws are horseshit.

Yes I do mean the ones that make far more money and have 10x or more the subscribers that Crunchyroll does. That is correct.
It’s a fairly good bet considering the overwhelming majority of streaming services.
Cost of moderation likely higher then lost profits from users who were only being kept on by comment section.
QA prevents them from losing money. Same with IT.
Comments dont make money, moderation costs money. So pull it and make the site more like the other streaming services out there, make some PR word salad to justify it. Not surprising really. Of course maybe it really was a Salty Spitoon in the comments section. Either way, not exactly the burning of the Library of Alexandria.
Anime audiences in English areas skew older, late teens early adults, or later still. Still a fair amount of the younger bunch though. Conventions are almost exclusively adults though.
Been watching and waiting for Hollow Knight 2 for entirely too long, but I’d rather have a polished but delayed game then a crap rushed one.
