the warning states that several vulnerabilities have been fixed since firefox version 130, f-droid’s latest version of the package is 129: that very much makes it sound like the problem is wholly caused by f-droid not making version 130 available.

that stupid huge amount of packages is honestly a pretty big UX issue, at least personally that just makes me chuckle at their optimism and close the page as every bit of energy i had vaporizes from the thought of figuring out what to download.

running linux is a great way to automatically filter out most of the shit games, if it won’t even run in proton then you generally have to be doing some bullshit with the code and thus aren’t worth my time and certainly not my money.

the most fucked up part about this is that it’s not like regular people account for more than a fraction of the AI usage, most of it is just other companies using it to replace workers or just… paying for AI usage instead of fucking paying a stock photo company instead…
