DMG actually not installer itself think about more like iso file image where system mount dmg file and u can run apps from there by double clicking them without installing or u can drag and drop content of dmg file to applications folder and become it like “installed”

U can add AntennaPod in blacklist updates in google play,so it’s not gonna check for it.
Personally i bought modern samsung and not connecting it to the net for and online services i am still using my android tv box mecool km9 which i debloated also got root access and there possible to install custom firmware like on android phones soo basically much more customization ,u can look at brand mecool, x96 or ugoos.
Defintly, we need GPLv4 already. To fix holes in licence which using coorps in GPLv3.
Also would be nice to have open source ecosystem with blender ,then open source pro level video editing like da vinci and open source photoshop.

Did u try to switch to x11 instead of wayland for running native version of game and check if input lag still persist?
