3 years agoYou don’t get it. Valve never has a business plan! It’s a hierarchyless place where everyone just moves their desk whenever and works on whatever they want. Plans? Who needs them!

Right? Grown ups can be trusted to get their work done without someone watching them all the time. It’s small children who need constant supervision.
