I’ve been looking for a direct answer and I can’t find it either. But here are the things that would make a mod unavailable on console, according to the FAQ on mod.io:

I was maybe on my fourth playthrough before I discovered that Kagha was in cahoots with Shadow Druids and that you could expose her. You can either convince her to change her ways or fight her and let Rath step up as leader. Previously I thought the only solution to the Kagha problem was to rescue Halsin.

The last one is a trip! Interesting to see that whales broke the mold by getting larger over time instead of getting smaller
