Just because you’ve paid for it doesn’t mean it’s been ethically made.
One thing to note with big puffy replacement ear bands is they do affect the frequency response of your headphones.
I have a pair where the aftermarket pads are maybe 5mm thicker than the factory ones and they DESTROY the already bad bass response of my headphones. The different material also absorbs sound different so it changes how all frequencies sound a bit.
So if you’re already lacking in bass just know they will make it worse.
What interface are you using would be a good start? Are you using the default lemmy UI? There’s a box under the post. Are you on an app? We’d need to know which app, but there’s usually a reply looking button (backwards arrow IDK)
Just because the room is currently dry doesn’t mean the filament is dry. But that said filament doesn’t suddenly go bad, it takes time for it to absorb humidity and start having it’s problems.
If something suddenly went bad I’d be looking at your printer. As the other person said check your nozzle for clogs, double check the nozzle itself didn’t get damaged (or maybe just replace it anyways) And generally check it’s calibration.
Are there any iPhone 16’s in the US that have a physical SIM? I thought the 14 dropped sim, and I know for my 15 I had to import one from Canada to get the SIM.
No carrier is what you want. If you aren’t financing you should never opt for the carrier locked version.
Apple charges the exact same price for a carrier locked one as a carrier unlocked one.
Yes, as long as you don’t buy it from a carrier, or buy a carrier specific version from some 3rd party seller it will work. Typically if you buy from a 3rd party seller and ask for “an iphone” you’ll get the unlocked version, but some stores only carry carrier locked versions so they should ask what carrier you have first. If they do make sure you ask for the unlocked version.
If you’re in the US you’ll need to deal with eSIM setup, if you’re in the rest of the world just pop your sim card in and it will work.
Even better there’s whole head units designed to fin nicely into the dash and look relatively OEM. My co worker was looking at one that was like $300 but came with a massive nice screen vs the stock 6” display.
In terms of bandwith to stream things you won’t have a problem. Some high quality stuff can get to around 55Mbps (bits per second). But most streaming services send you the lowest quality shit imaginable so you’re probably using less than 20 at any given moment.
That data cap is much more concerning to me, how much streaming do you do? At 10Mbps (typical streaming quality) that’s about 3 straight days of watching video which sounds like a lot. But many AAA games are >100GB in size and that’s 1/3 of your data right there.
Or noise canceling headphones, and only up to 5 so you don’t destroy your hearing.
Scrolling in what? All? I try to keep my subscriptions curated so I don’t really see a lot of the bot communities, without needing to blanket block bots.
Lemme throw a wrench into everything. Sometimes faster charging can be better than slower charging.
Part of the USB power delivery spec is PPS or programmable power supply. PPS lets your device specify the exact voltage down to 0.02V or 20 mV. Heat is generated by inefficiency, and PPS’ goal is to get the voltage just right so there’s as little power loss as possible. My iphone charging at 5v 1amp “slow” charging gets hotter than the full 20 watts fast charging.
“slow” and “normal” are all relative terms, and aren’t definable.
It’s also relative to the size of the battery. A cell phone at 20 watts charging sure aint slow, but a laptop at 20 sure is. But is 20 fast when phones will do 50 or 100 watts?
Are you really going to yell over someone accidentally taking the wrong ham and cheese sandwich?
Now they’re are doing it? There is nothing new about this, this has been a thing for YEARS.
Are you on Windows or Linux? On windows 11 go to settings > power and battery > power mode and if you set it to high performance it almost doubles the TDP of the CPU. On windows 10 click the battery and drag the slider to high performance. If what I read online is correct the T14 and the T15 are the exact same heatsink and motherboard so unless the 1" gap from the end of the heatsink to the vent is that much of a problem they should perform exactly the same, just like the later T14 and T16 models. But 4 years is more than enough time for the thermal paste to be toast. My P1 ruined it’s paste in less than 6 months, but that’s also an i9.
But that’s the world of modern Intel CPUs. Turbo boost as far as you possibly can until you can’t turbo anymore. Then in 6 months when the thermal paste is ruined you’re searching for a new machine.
That just means make the app shitty. You can optimize for engagement without just trying to make users angry. Making users angry at each other is just an extremely effective way to boost engagement.
