Not all communities I want to follow made the transition. I’m still on Reddit for HFY, and some smaller game communities.
But Lemmy has replaced a sizable chunk of my Reddit usage, especially around more technical topics.
Yep, I’m finding about half of my Reddit usage satisfied. I’ve got all the technical talk I want, but no gaming or writing communities.

I’m a fan of this; it’s how Slide handled it.
I also prefer Slide’s method of collapsing comments; it only collapses the child comments, not the one you pressed on. (although it also has an option to collapse it too)
Most Reddit apps I used worked like this by default. It’s not my preference either (I liked Slide because I could swap the tap and long-press actions) but I’m not complaining.
Strange, I don’t see this behavior on my device. Not sure what information would be relevant to debugging this though.
