I agree about separating the services. In the past I had problems upgrading owncloud/nextcloud with too many plugins. It was difficult to keep all data between the versions.
Now I’m using Baikal for calendar/contacts, Silverbullet for notes and Linkding for bookmarks.
Currently I use these services by VPN only, so file sharing isn’t really useful. I could reach all my files there by SMB and I don’t dare to provide my services openly. For that alone Nextcloud was great, but I don’t trust my setup enough to share it with the world again.
Please checkout Silverbullet.md.
Native markdown support, folder structure, customizable by css and some script language.

Silverbullet is like Trilium or Obsidian a markdown notes app, which is lightweight and highly customizable (by css and scripting). And all files could be forever accessed as simple markdown-files in an easy folder structure without much overhead. The database is only for indexing and could be restored anytime.

“One of us. One of us.”

Just joking. I really liked the movie for its style and the frightening bad guys in all sizes. Also Kiefer Sutherland with a mad scientist touch.

I still feel obliged to post it, so that the memories don’t fade.

I even cut my hair and change my name.

I poured boiling noodle water over my foot, had a big blister there and couldn’t walk in shoes for weeks. It’s almost a year now but the skin is still itchy sometimes.
That way it would be instantly more popular.
I like it spicy, but I can’t stand the vinegar taste of Tabasco on pizza. In some restaurants you could request chilli oil, which suits my taste better.

You had clay? You lucky. We used stones and put mammoths on the wall.
Groundhog’s Day.

No it was definitely some bitter almond taste. I’m familiar with burnt sugar taste from my experiments with popcorn and nuts :)
