Oh. In Dublin at least Google Maps is pretty good for public transport. OSM doesn’t show correct routes

OSM is good for public transport?
Ah okay. Thanks!
Is it different from a pressure cooker? Because pressure cooker is similar (add water, rice, start cooking, wait for X whistles) and has multiple use cases.
Ah cool. I never had to use this myself but I always found it kind of cool. I guess it’s good I never had to use this lol.
Not ethical: If you have to submit assignments (like .docx
files) online and you haven’t finished it in time, take a random .docx
file and edit it in a text editor (like notepad) and add/delete some random stuff. You can send this file and the professor won’t be able to open it so you will get an extension by default.

I checked network logs. Apparently my bank encrypts both uid and password before sending. I put 8 chars and it gave error so I’m assuming no
Banks make the worst possible UI and justify it by saying “security” xD
Wtf lmao. How to I check if mine does it💀
This is one of the dumbest shit ngl. My bank also does this. However they go one step further. They force a maximum 12 letter password and 1 character of each type (capital, small, number, symbol) is necessary. This actively reduces password security smh
Wow. Never knew about these :)
What other such joke standards (by you or others) do you like?
As an Indian I would say India lacks in physical infrastructure - roads, public transport (although this is improving rapidly), etc. However having lived in Europe I will say that the technological infrastructure is very good over here - banking and payment systems (UPI is way better than the payment systems in Europe), online services, internet quality, etc.
