2 years agothis is absolutely justified. my company switched from Slack (which we all largely enjoyed using) to the bundled Teams (which causes problems all day every day for everyone) solely because they were already paying for Office and Teams was free.
on the other hand, i can’t imagine how much money we’re losing from the lost productivity…
every site i checked lists this at $65+ for the base model… is this even a Raspberry Pi at that point? 2x the performance for 2x the price isn’t actually much of a deal, and they stuck to the $35 MSRP so doggedly before (even if resellers tended to jack it up). their competitors must be breathing a sigh of relief.
