Yup, it’s bottom of the barrel content. He also constantly engagement baits by asking people to comment if they want to see X or Y running on the machines he features, and he never actually does whatever he’s saying. It’s just a content farm.

Man, I don’t know. I try to use the products from Google, Microsoft and co as little as possible, but it’s hard to completely cut them out of my digital life. I don’t think it’s really about drawing a line - because it’s terribly difficult to gauge how much data they actually have and how valuable a service is to you - but rather about trying to avoid those services as much as reasonably possible.
True, but there were also a number of subs (thinking of the various meirl spin-offs, for example) that naturally had limited engagement compared to other subs. It wasn’t uncommon to see a post with like 2K upvotes and five comments, all of them remarking how little comments there actually were.
