Except a lot of people won’t take just money.
It’s psychological but it’s true.

“Influencers”
How is it “shady” to not want to lose market share and keep illegal stuff off of it?
You could argue it’s “shitty” (perhaps, but it is their servers after all) but I don’t find it shady.
You’re not. The whole point is encryption so the bridge is a must.
Granite comes in a myriad of styles. I don’t understand the blanket statement. It’s literally just a type of stone.
I’ve followed unixporn for years and I have to say, this is one of the most beautiful setups I have ever seen. Well done.
This is fantastic. I’ve been using it for a while and it’s battery efficient and easy to use.
The Dev is responsive and I’ve donated. Should probably do that again soon.
They’re not. They’re doing it because they fear being SOL if America/the West enforces more sanctions on things like ARM chips/designs or Intel, etc.
And yes, IIRC RISC-V is MIT licensed or something close. Basically companies can take it and implement whatever on top and not have to contribute back.
Only a month or two ago I feel. No worries- the more the better.
I’ll probably give both a spin. Thanks again for the project!
Are you aware of Backrest? https://github.com/garethgeorge/backrest/tree/main?tab=readme-ov-file
Didn’t know if you could provide a short comparison between yours and that.
Looking forward to giving this a try since i want to provide someone with a restic setup but make it easier on them.

This is what i don’t get. The “chat” idea is the central problem. Make a damn forum or bug tracker. Maybe I’m just too old but real time chat seems entirely unnecessary and counterproductive for a software project.
That sounds pretty much like what I think I would want.
Thank you. I will keep this in mind whenever I decide to upgrade.
New here to mechanical keyboards- how do the clears compare? They still only bump or do they click on addition? What kinda force?
Same. Wth Mozilla?
I’ve used UP for months with regular element and other apps. Works perfectly fine via ntfy. Excited to see more apps using it.
It is but Waze is owned by Google.
To be honest… I’ve tried them again and still think they’re shit. Not nearly as bad but still not good.
YMMV.
You use calibre web. Then on the Kobo you connect it to your computer, backup 1-2 files, then change the store link to your domain name for your calibre web. Simple json file iirc.
Works well but doesn’t sync progress I don’t think.
