Little bit of both. I use whole herbs and loose tea. Half a cinnamon stick boiled well, first in the pot with pepper, makes about a pot the size that I use. Probably about a pint and a half, maybe two, with a strainer lid. Pour spout on the side. Fairly standard cooking pot.
Then, it’s there when I want it.
I make a concentrated pot of assam black tea, chamomile, cinnamon, black pepper and cardamom on the stove every couple days. Keep it refrigerated, dilute it as needed and drink it from about 7am-2pm. The mix keeps me awake enough, but the chamomile takes the edge off and keeps me from getting anxious. The cinnamon, black pepper and cardamom help my stomach from getting mad about everything I eat and tastes good. Assam black tea has a maltier flavor I really like, much less tannic. Sometimes, I’ll add fresh turmeric, ginger, citrus peel or other things.
Used to drink coffee, but it’s just too harsh for me anymore. I really like tea.
Humans are the only species that would ask a question like this with ecologically damning effects. So, yeah.
Think early adopter communities might be more prone to that? Seems like it could make sense.
I’m used to a drier climate. When I’ve visited some places that are more humid, I’ve been surprised how much more I can smell everything. Every person. Every place. Around corners. What’s on the ground. Everything.
I do wear a scented antiperspirant because I like how it smells, it doesn’t react badly with me and I don’t wear a lot of other scents. But yeah, some places require more than that even.
Blend some (1/4 cup or so) oatmeal into a powder. Put in 1-2 TBS peanut butter. Then add milk/yogurt/fruit/a little vanilla/some honey whatever you want. You can make your own liquid meal replacement without all the processing in commercial options, for less money and it’ll be fresh.
If you want something fast but it doesn’t have to be drinkable, mix 2-4 TBS peanut butter and 1/2 cup or so of oatmeal in a little bowl. Microwave for like 30 seconds to a minute or so. Add a couple TBS of juice or a small handful of chocolate chips. You’ve now got a basic “energy bar” that can be eaten with a spoon. Can also function as a light desert or sweet, healthy snack.
I think stuff that’s churned out in huge quantities, packaged in plastic, shipped around and designed to be shelf stable is questionable at best. If microbes won’t even digest it (which would make it go bad) how digestible is it for people?
Oatmeal and peanut (or other nut) butter is real food and it only takes a minute or two to mix up something basically the same as one of those replacement options, but made fresh. For my basic vitamins daily, I’ll have a bowl of plain cheerios (somewhat processed but better than a pressed vitamin) and some fruit. Maybe some greens here and there. (I’ll also try to hide some marmite in something, to up my B12 as I eat very little meat or dairy.)
All of these options are super cheap.

Never have understood wooden retaining walls. A landslide is an expensive, dangerous way to find out the pillars have rotted out and need replacing.
Doing that requires them seeing someone else getting attention that they are not. Anyway you slice it, the answer is more posts being made here.

Easy. Get rid of the lawn. Animals live outside. If it’s not this cat, it’ll be something else.
Mods over there loved to take down good posts and then immediately repost them for maximum karma. They’d just make up reasons to steal shit, while you’re just out there trying to interact with a community you were passionate about.
Bunch of turds chasing each other down the drain. Good riddance, indeed.

If he violated terms of bail and committed a crime in doing so, that should result in bail forfeiture. Bail was $250 million.
your comment originally only said “Hello world” when I made my comment above, you edited it after that.
So many hours playing Scorched Earth on DOS, way back. Great times.
