Recipes are nice (not your ad driven life story) but get 2 or 3 of the same dish and see how they differ. There’s so many ways to do one thing, and they all may be right but for YOU, you need to find what’s CORRECT for YOU. Also grab some music or blast the TV, this is your time, to take your time, to time the food right, because this will feel right in the end. Enjoy.
