This app is great, I use it to update Bromite (which I get from here).

This repo provides an updated version of Bromite. You can put the link into Obtanium for easy updating (it’s a similar process to updating a F-Droid app).

Obtanium (also available on IzzyOnDroid) can be used to updatr an app directly from a GitHub link, or many other sources. Great for apps like Bromite with an out-of-date F-Droid release.
