It’s a reference to a poll. In a poll of MAGA supporters 100% of them supported Trump. In other news 100% of flat earthers believe in a flat earth.

Even worse, a poll of 1,000 Republicans about their support for Trump found that many of those people do not actually currently support Trump. Among that broader group, the subset of Republican voters who self identified as “MAGA” said they support Trump. So it’s literally just a tautology. 100% of people who self define as being Trump supporters support Trump.

I believe what he’s trying to say here is that 100% of MAGA would tell CNN they approve of Trump, or that according to CNN 100% of MAGA support Trump.
