I learned how to fetch lemmy into lemmy. By pasting lemmy post url into search on my instance. Now I tried similar with mastodon post. Didn’t work. No search result. How to do that? Is it even possible?

The only mastodon posts that get federated to lemmy are ones that explicitly mention a community. So if someone just has a random toot, its not going to be viewable from lemmy
I don’t think it’s possible yet.
