So, we’ve got identity theft, breaking into government systems, rampant copyright theft, fatal harassment, various forms of financial and security frauds we can heap on all these LLM ceos.
Yet we all know they are gonna walk away with a big pile of cash when this burns down on us. Would kill (a bit tough ngl) to be proved otherwise.
We plan to serve them lawsuit and criminal charges as soon as we can get a boat out to their yachts and get past their automatic machine gun wielding bodyguards and henchmen.

I understand the desire to stop anthropomorphizing AI. But, that can backfire when AI use cause genuine harms like this. Someone was responsible for this hacking. We need to make sure the blame (including any criminal liability) falls squarely on the humans who enabled it to happen, whether or not they did the actual hacking or asked a bot to do it.
Who are you referring to? OP you responded to used “they”, and I think OP is referring to the operator of the AI Agents.
