Reminds me of frozen gyro I’ve purchased. Honestly spiced well and tastes good but usually you fry it up to be a bit browned on each side, and then you put a few slices in a pita with tzatziki and onion, cucumber, and tomato.
On its own it’s also fine, but basically just a meat / protein at that point.
