Interesting project but funny that he thinks the GPLv3 license text matters for not copyrightable autogenerated code.
Either it’s public domain because it’s not a product of human creative work or it’s copyright violation of the everything Claude was trained on.

Well, no law maker on earth cares about the latter and no court has decided that prompting for a bit (in this case pasting an existing Tweet) grands original copyright, so whatever we may think, it’s public domain.
Personally, I think copyright as been abused so much, I have little sympathy for it.
I don’t care about the gipity photoshop. I like gimp. More gimp please. They still trying to make the gipity worth it. Flooding the zone and trying to appeal to everyone. AI is a drag net and the theft of you work, autonomy and the next generations future. We are still needed and it is a bludeon to lower wages. Edit: oh right, because the account was created May 1st within hours of Grumpus_Maximus@thelemmy.club and within days of others in the early May batch of his fleet additions including sanitation and laurenceofsuburbia

Nothing worth hitting. It’s an annoying botter who uses a fleet of semi-personned ban evasion alts that keeps getting banned for reposting incel content from R*****. This honesthenary account was in fact unknown to me before today but I’m adding it to my list.
